Job Description

• Lead end-to-end construction management activities for data center projects.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, environmental requirements, and company standards.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, workmanship, and construction standards are maintained.
• Manage project reporting, including schedule updates, cost tracking, and executive-level status reports.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, commissioning, and operations teams to support project delivery.
• Lead issue resolution and decision-making processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support procurement activities, contract negotiations, and change management processes.
• Ensure successful project handover, commissioning, and closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of construction management experience
• Proven experience delivering complex construction projects valued at over USD 100 million.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing multiple contractors and cross-functional project teams.
• Excellent understanding of project controls, scheduling, cost management, and risk management.
• Familiarity with industry standards, building regulations, and construction best practices.
