Die Climartis Gruppe wächst — und mit ihr die Anforderungen an Finance. Wir stehen vor unserer ersten Akquisition, bauen Finance & Controlling neu auf und suchen jemanden, der diese Entwicklung von Anfang an mitprägt.
Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten
Rechnungswesen & Konsolidierung
- Rechnungswesen aller fünf Gruppengesellschaften (FIBU)
- Gruppenabschluss nach Swiss GAAP FER inkl. FER 15 Intercompany
- Eliminierung Intercompany-Transaktionen und Beteiligungsansätze
- Jahresabschluss mit externer Revision (BDO), Nachbau GJ 2025 nach FER
Controlling & Planung
- Budget, Forecast, Soll-/Ist-Analyse auf Gruppenebene
- Investitionsrechnung und Liquiditätsplanung
- Kosten-, Margen- und Projektsteuerung auf Gesellschaftsebene
- Monatliche Finanzberichte und Abweichungsanalysen für CFO/VR
Corporate Finance / M&A
- Financial Due Diligence und Deal-Strukturierung
- Mitverantwortung Post-Merger-Integration (geplant 2027/28)
- Buy-/Sell-Side-Transaktionen, Unternehmensbewertung (DCF, Multiples) Beteiligungscontrolling, Startup-/Beteiligungs-Affinität erwünscht
ERP Abacus — Super User
- Fachliche Leitung FIBU, KRED, DEB, Anbu, Projektmanagement
- Key User Koordination und Schulung in allen Gesellschaften
- AbaConnect-Import, Datenmigration, Schnittstelle zu OBT
- Mitgestaltung Kontierungsrichtlinie und ERP-Governance
