As our Lead Frontend Engineer, you won’t just be writing code; you will be the primary architect of our digital touchpoints across web and mobile platforms. We are looking for a technical visionary who balances high-level strategy with hands-on execution. You will set the gold standard for UI development, ensuring our applications are as inclusive as they are performant. Based in our Baltimore office, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring our software team, advocating for the end-user, and bridging the gap between ux design and technical feasibility. Candidates must be located within driving distance from our Baltimore HQ.
