What You'll Do
- アウトバウンドコールによる新規見込み顧客の開拓
- 見込み顧客の Senior Executives とのハイレベルなコミュニケーション
- 既存顧客へのアップセル
- Sales 部門と密に連携を図り、ターゲットリストの立案、戦略的なアプローチを実施
- Box の Sales チームに対して、よりビジネスの拡大につながる新しいオポチュニティを提供する
- 顧客の環境を正確に捉え、適切なユースケースと共に Box を訴求する
- 機会の優先順位を的確に判断し、社内リソースを効果的に活用する
- デジタルキャンペーン、カンファレンス、セミナー等の Marketing lead を迅速にフォローする
- ターゲットリストや顧客データベースのメンテナンス
Who You Are
- インサイドセールスとしての成功事例、リードクオリフィケーションの経験
- 見込み客開拓の経験(コールドコール含む)
- インサイドセールス業務に関する熱意
- 非対面での高度なコミュニケーション能力
- 目標に対して前向きにかつ情熱を持って取り組めるマインド
- タイムマネジメント、物事をまとめる能力
- CRM (SFDC)の使用経験
- SaaS 製品の取り扱い経験(尚可)
- 四大卒業資格(尚可)
- 日本語ビジネスレベル以上必須、英語は尚可
