Lead Mobile Building Engineer

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Lead Mobile Building Engineer.   The Mobile - Lead Engineer will be responsible for maintenance and repairs to multiple buildings. Duties include but are not limited to the installation, repair and maintenance of the facility equipment, oversight and upkeep of the physical plant, including grounds, utility services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical system, electronic equipment, yard and pavement upkeep in the best manner possible for the safety and health of all concerned, and to coordinate these activities as needed.   The Mobile Lead Engineer is also responsible for the implementation and documentation of site safety plans and all Able Engineering Services operational standards and guidelines as well as site specific standards, policies and procedures relating to the engineering department.   Pay Range is: $84.15/HR   The pay listed is the hourly rate for this position. An offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.    Benefit Information:  This is a Local 39 union position and as such will include union benefits.
