This position sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, client delivery, and team leadership. The Lead Analyst owns complex analytical workstreams end-to-end, translating large and complex workforce datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic client decisions. The role also contributes to developing scalable methodologies, maintaining high analytical standards, and mentoring analysts to elevate the overall quality and impact of analytical work.
