Responsibilities

Coordinates daily activities of scheduling staff.Ā  Monitors work of assigned staff and acts as a professional resource.Ā  Acts as a professional liaison for office staff, and other physician offices.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

Ā 

  • One (1) year of clerical experience, with some supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.

    PREFERRED

    Ā 

  • Previous experience in admission or scheduling environment in a hospital/medical office environment.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Ability to type forty (40) words per minute.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skill in the utilization of computer applications.
  • Demonstrated organizational and communication/customer service skills.

    • Work Hours:

    8am-5pm
