Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer with Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification and strong hands-on experience in Pega Constellation architecture. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable Pega solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop end-to-end Pega solutions using Pega Infinity (Constellation UI)
Implement case management workflows, integrations, and decisioning logic
Collaborate with Business Architects and Product Owners to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, best practices, and performance standards
Build reusable components and frameworks for scalability and efficiency
Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP services, connectors, and APIs
Participate in DCO sessions, backlog refinement, and sprint ceremonies
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability
Ensure proper documentation of application design, configurations, and technical artifacts
Support DevOps practices including CI/CD deployments and environment management
Required Skills & Experience:
CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) – Mandatory
7+ years of experience in Pega development (PRPC / Pega Infinity)
Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation UI framework
Strong understanding of:
Case Management and Case Lifecycle design
Data modeling and data pages
Business rules (Decision Tables, When rules, Declare logic)
Experience with Pega integration capabilities (REST, SOAP, MQ, DB connectors)
Strong knowledge of Pega guardrails, performance tuning, and security best practices
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery model
Experience with Pega DevOps practices (deployment pipelines, versioning, branching)
Solid experience in debugging, tracing, and optimizing Pega applications
Nice to Have
Experience with Pega Customer Service / Claims / Sales Automation frameworks
Knowledge of DX APIs and headless Pega architecture
Experience with Pega Cosmos UI (prior to Constellation)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Pega Cloud
Experience with performance tools like PAL, AES, and log analysis
