Through a combination of structured learning and on-the-job experience, you will develop the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies required to build a successful career in the financial services sector, including, but not limited to: 

  • Understanding the financial and regulatory framework 
  • Employee benefits administration  
  • Group risk benefits 
  • Operations and business processes 
  • Member and employer query resolution 
  • Customer service and client support 
  • Professional workplace skills

  • Must be a South African citizen

  • Attained Math or Math Lit 60% and above 
  • Attained English 60% and above

  • Currently not registered on any other learnership
  • Currently not studying at any other institution
