- Understanding the financial and regulatory framework
- Employee benefits administration
- Group risk benefits
- Operations and business processes
- Member and employer query resolution
- Customer service and client support
- Professional workplace skills

Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Attained Math or Math Lit 60% and above
- Attained English 60% and above

- Currently not registered on any other learnership
- Currently not studying at any other institution
