Wir suchen für die Agrarzone einen Lehrling für die Ausbildung zum E-Commerce-Kaufmann. Die Agrarzone ist Experte im Online-Handel für Landwirtschaftsbedarf und Tierfutter. Vom Standort in Lengau aus werden die Produkte europaweit vertrieben. Landwirtschaftliche Tradition vereint sich mit modernster E-Commerce-Technologie. Werde als Nachwuchstalent Teil des Teams.
Stellenbeschreibung
In deiner dreijährigen Lehrzeit tauchst du tief in alle Bereiche des Onlineshops der Agrarzone ein:
- Shop-Management: Du lernst, wie man Produkte perfekt präsentiert, Texte optimiert und das Sortiment aktuell hält.
- Online-Marketing: Du unterstützt bei der Planung von Social-Media-Aktionen sowie Newslettern und lernst, wie Suchmaschinenoptimierung (SEO) funktioniert.
- Kundenkommunikation: Du bist ein wichtiger Ansprechpartner für Kunden und bearbeitest Anfragen professionell per E-Mail oder Telefon.
- Prozess-Check: Du erhältst Einblicke in die Warenwirtschaft und Logistik, damit du verstehst, wie eine Bestellung sicher beim Kunden ankommt.
Qualifikationen
- Dein Background: Du hast einen erfolgreichen Pflichtschulabschluss (NMS, AHS oder Poly). Auch wenn du eine höhere Schule (z. B. HAK, HTL oder Gymnasium) abgebrochen hast und dich nun lieber praktisch beweisen willst, bist du herzlich willkommen!
- Deine Skills: Eine gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch.
- Dein Interesse: Begeisterung für digitale Trends, Onlineshopping und moderne IT-Anwendungen.
- Deine Persönlichkeit: Eine zuverlässige, genaue Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Arbeit im Team. Ein Bezug zur Landwirtschaft oder Tierwelt ist ein schönes Extra, aber kein Muss.
