IHRE ROLLE IN DER WELT VON DEMEL 

Demel steht seit 1786 im Herzen Wiens für traditionelle Handwerkskunst und höchste Qualität. 

Als LeiterIn Demel (m/w/d) verantworten Sie die Führung eines weltweit bekannten Traditionshauses für Süßspeisen/Kunstwerke. 

Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team repräsentieren Sie höchste Service- und Qualitätsstandards und sichern die nachhaltige Positionierung des Hauses als führende Adresse für Wiener Gastfreundschaft und Konditorkunst.  

  • Verständnis Menschen zu begeistern, Teams zu inspirieren und die Marke DO & CO authentisch zu repräsentieren 

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Restaurant, Konditorei und Store 

  • Sicherstellung einer außergewöhnlichen Guest Experience 

  • Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Stammgäste sowie VIP-Kunden 

  • Repräsentation der Marke gegenüber Gästen, Partnern und der Öffentlichkeit 

Qualifikationen

WAS SIE AUSZEICHNET  

  • 15+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in führenden Positionen der gehobenen Gastronomie, Luxushotellerie oder einer internationalen Premium- bzw. Luxusmarke 

  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Luxus-, Premium- und Traditionsmarken 

  • Hohe Affinität zu Gastronomie, Kulinarik, Patisserie und Gastkultur 

  • Repräsentatives, stilvolles und souveränes Auftreten 

  • Exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

UNSER ATTRAKTIVES ANGEBOT  

Anfangsgehalt von € 6000 brutto/Monat auf Vollzeitbasis (All-in-Vertrag) mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und individueller Vereinbarung.

Eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Österreich ist erforderlich.
