Stellenbeschreibung
Aufgaben:
- FĂĽhrung und strategische Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs, bestehend aus Marketing / Ă–ffentlichkeitsarbeit, Publikationsmanagement und Wissensmanagement / interne Kommunikation
- Leitung eines Teams von aktuell 8 Personen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzungsverantwortung der Kommunikationsstrategie des Hauses sowie der zugehörigen Profitcenter
- Verantwortung für Contentmanagement und Publikationsprozesse
- Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Schnittstellen zu Forschungs- und Querschnittsbereichen
Qualifikationen
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Kommunikationsbereich sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung von mind. 5 – 7 Jahren
- Erfahrung in der FĂĽhrung und Entwicklung von Teams
- Kenntnisse in allen Bereichen des Marketings, wie bspw. Performance Marketing, Social Media sowie Veranstaltungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Stakeholdern aus Industrie, Presse und Politik
- Erfahrung im Umfeld von Forschung und Wissenschaft wĂĽnschenswert, aber nicht erforderlich
- Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit analytischem Denken und ausgeprägtem Gestaltungswillen
