What Will You Do?

As a Life Operations Associate you will be responsible for processing various administrative tasks in a prompt, accurate, and efficient manner in support of the Life Department.  We are seeking individuals who are successful at multi-tasking and working with details in a fast-paced environment, have a strong technical aptitude with a desire to innovate in order to provide solutions to our customers, and the drive to contribute in a results-oriented team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year general business environment experience demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and provide excellent customer service. 
• Strong computer skills with the proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and/or personnel information.

This position is located in our Owatonna, MN office location.

Life Operations Associate pay range is $21.60 - $26.40.  Starting salary will be $21.60 per hour.
