About this role
We're seeking Line Cooks to join us in Banff! Banff Hospitality Collective or as we like to call it ‘BHC’, is a multi-concept restaurant and entertainment company with 17 venues and counting. All our venues are unique in their own right, but have a few things in common: 1. They are all located in downtown Banff. 2. Serve amazing food and beverage 3. We Love Perks! This Position Includes:
- Earn up to $31.50/hr in summer (Wage $19.00–$24.50/hr + average tips of $4–$7/hr)
- Earn an extra $2.00–$2.50/hr Summer Bonus on all hours worked until September 9, 2026

What You'll Do:
- Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
- Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Assist with training new team members as required
What You Have:
- No culinary experience? No problem! We'll have you cooking like a pro in no time
- Fast food or culinary experience is an asset
- Strong work ethic and great communication skills
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
