We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and discreet Russian-speaking domestic couple to manage a private residence near Nyon, Switzerland.

This is a live-in, long-term position, ideal for a couple who enjoys working together and takes pride in maintaining a home to a high standard. The principals are looking for trustworthy professionals who can ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the property while respecting the family's privacy.

👩 Housekeeper – Housekeeping & Household Support

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the interior of the home to an impeccable standard.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of all interior areas
• Deep cleaning and household organisation
• Laundry, ironing, wardrobe care, and linen management
• Organising wardrobes, cupboards, storage areas, and household supplies
• Preparing the house before the family's or guests' arrival
• Occasional assistance with simple service duties (bringing dishes from the outdoor kitchen to the main house and basic table preparation when required)
• Occasional childcare, depending on the family's needs
• Occasional care of the family dog

👨 Property Assistant – Gardens, Driving & General Maintenance

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall maintenance and presentation of the property's exterior.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and upkeep of the gardens, terraces, pathways, and outdoor areas
• Ensuring all outdoor spaces remain clean, tidy, and well organised
• Carrying out basic maintenance tasks and reporting any repairs or technical issues
• Driving duties, including local journeys, errands, transfers, and occasional chauffeur services
• Routine care of the family vehicles (cleanliness, fuel levels, visual checks, and reporting maintenance requirements)
• Coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs with the Property Manager
• Providing general logistical support around the property as required

👤 Profile required

We are looking for a trustworthy, discreet, and proactive couple with strong experience in private households.

• EU passport or valid Swiss Work Permit
• Previous experience working as a couple in private service is highly preferred
• Checkable references
• Strong housekeeping and organisational skills
• Responsible, loyal, and able to work independently
• High level of discretion and respect for privacy
• Service-minded and detail-oriented approach
• Driving licence is an advantage
