ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and update information accurately in systems and Excel files.
- Maintain and update logistics trackers and records.
- Assist with document filing, checking, and administrative tasks.
- Support the team with shipment-related data and documentation.
- Perform data checking and cross-check information for accuracy.
- Assist with ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Follow established work instructions and processes.
- Previous logistics or administrative experience is an advantage but not essential
Requirements
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable with repetitive and administrative work.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
- Able to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Responsible and reliable in completing assigned work.
