Company Description

Fresh Start is the largest footwear reuse and recycling operation in the world, processing over 100,000 pairs of shoes per day across multiple international markets.

The business operates across four distinct areas: B2B wholesale and partner supply, repair and recycling, stocklot trading, and e-commerce.

Sole Loop is our company within the same business group, operating in Salalah, Oman, with a similar focus on the refurbishment, processing, trading and wholesaling of second-hand footwear, clothing and related stock-lots. Through its operations in Oman, Sole Loop further strengthens the group's presence and capabilities in the global circular fashion and second-hand goods industry.

Job Description

• Handle customs documentation and coordinate customs clearance.
• Coordinate import and export shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders and transporters.
• Manage and arrange cross-trade shipments between different countries.
• Monitor shipment schedules, documentation and delivery status.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatch and movement of goods.
• Maintain proper logistics and shipment records.
• Resolve shipment and documentation issues and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant logistics/shipping experience.
• Strong knowledge of import, export and customs procedures.

• Experience in cross-trade shipping is preferred.
• Good understanding of warehouse operations.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Knowledge of Oman customs procedures will be an advantage.
• Good command of English; Arabic is preferred.
