We are looking for an E commerce Executive / Manager at our office in Ahmedabad to Manage the end to end operations of our Ecommerce accounts on Amazon, E-bay, bestbuy and Flipkart.

Ecommerce Manager Having min 4 to 5+ years of relevant work experience to manage the portals like Amazon, flipkart, E-bay, Jabong, Myntra, & Many other Various website handling the listing of products.

Job description -
Coach the team for service performance
Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities
Execute activities driven by data analytics
Identify strategic business partnerships
Implement customer retention and loyalty programmes
Implement e-commerce activities
Implement new business collaboration initiatives
Implement preventive and corrective measures of disaster recovery plan
Manage a diverse service environment
Manage service quality and customer satisfaction
Monitor fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick or delivery service
Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes, and activities over digital platforms
Operate and maintain existing IT infrastructure and networks based on standard operations procedures
Prepare insights report on data mining outcome
Provide specialised knowledge and insights on the development of technology strategy and roadmap
Track and report business outcome of data-driven insights
