Job Description
As a Loss Prevention Officer at Villa Haven, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our resort. You will monitor surveillance systems, patrol the premises, and enforce security protocols to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorised access.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, surveillance systems, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent observational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Proficiency in water safety skills, including lifeguarding and rescue techniques.
- Certification in CPR, first aid, and relevant security training programs is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
