We value hard work and dedication and reward top performers with competitive pay plus substantial performance bonuses ranging from $7,000 to $20,000.   Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Luxury Residential Bell Person to join our team at our association, Millennium Tower, in San Francisco.    The responsibilities focus on deliveries to units such as luggage, packages, groceries, messages, etc. Additionally, the Bell Person will walk the property, they are to assist in picking up and/or cleaning any loose debris or trash that they may find and alert the Concierges of any condition demanding attention, ie., Maintenance Requests. The Bell Person will also cover the breaks of the Concierge and Door Host.   Compensation: $21.00- $25.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)+ Covered Benefits + Holiday Bonus + Annual Bonus ranging anywhere from $7,000 to $20,000   Schedule: 5 Days Per Week; 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM, 10:45 AM - 7:15PM and 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM; Weekends Required     *Schedule is not guaranteed and is subject to change based on operational needs*
