We’re looking for an energetic and driven Timepiece Sales Specialist to join our team, deliver an exceptional client experience, and represent the excellence of the TAG Heuer brand.Â

What You’ll DoÂ
Sales & Business SupportÂ
- Deliver on personal and store sales goals, KPIs, and profitabilityÂ
- Serve as a brand ambassador and product expert on the sales floorÂ
- Maintain expert knowledge of product features, brand heritage, and timepiece technologyÂ
- Support merchandising, inventory management, and promotional executionÂ
Client Experience & Community EngagementÂ
- Create a client-first culture centered on luxury service and personalized experiencesÂ
- Manage an appointment-driven selling model and cultivate long-term client relationshipsÂ
- Participate in personalized client outreach and clienteling effortsÂ
- Assist with in-store events that drive traffic, elevate brand presence, and strengthen client loyaltyÂ
- Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing and community engagementÂ
Team Development & LeadershipÂ
- Partner with leadership to support a high-performing team cultureÂ
- Provide peer support, share product knowledge, and foster team collaborationÂ
- Participate in ongoing training for selling skills and client service excellenceÂ
Operations & Store StandardsÂ
- Ensure accurate inventory management, POS system usage, and shrink controlÂ
- Maintain boutique visual standards, presentation, and organizationÂ
- Execute store operations efficiently and professionallyÂ

Required QualificationsÂ
- 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, timepieces, or jewelryÂ
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals while building brand loyaltyÂ
- Strong selling, communication, and relationship-building skillsÂ
- Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication toolsÂ
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidaysÂ
- High School Diploma or equivalentÂ
- Ability to stand long durations of time and carry up to 30 lbs.Â
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.Â
Preferred QualificationsÂ
- Experience with premium timepiece brandsÂ
- GIA coursework or certificationsÂ
- Deep passion for horology and creating elevated, memorable client experiencesÂ
