The Specialist will work closely with the Owner to complete projects and assignments based on current priorities. Responsibilities may range from general handyman work, landscaping, property upkeep, repairs, organization, moving and installation projects, light construction, and equipment maintenance to assisting with special projects, errands, sourcing materials, and other general-purpose tasks.

  • Ability to safely operate company vehicles, equipment, and tools as applicable.

Ideal Candidate

You should be comfortable with tasks ranging from changing a light fixture, assembling furniture, fixing or installing something, maintaining landscaping, organizing a garage, picking up materials, moving equipment, assisting contractors, completing property improvements, or helping with a completely new project.

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and doesn't need to be told every small step required to complete an assignment.

  • Ability to safely use ladders and common hand and power tools.
  • Ability to safely operate equipment relevant to assigned projects.

Work Environment
This is a hands-on, highly varied position. Work may take place at properties, offices, warehouses, outdoor areas, job sites, retail locations, supply stores, and other locations depending on the project.
