Our success is fueled by a team of nearly 900 dedicated team members who genuinely love what they do and are dedicated to helping homeowners thrive and love where they live.   Action Property Management, a premier management company, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor II to join our team at The Beacon.   The Maintenance Supervisor II is responsible for the daily oversight of engineering and maintenance operations at the assigned property. This includes supervising staff, managing work assignments, performing complex maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring building systems operate efficiently and safely. The Maintenance Supervisor II will also be responsible for responding to building emergencies as needed.   Compensation: $100,000- $120,000 Annually + Comprehensive Benefits Package   Schedule: Monday- Friday; 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM + On-Call
