Descripción del empleo

Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento, disponibilidad y alargamiento de la vida útil de la maquinaria, equipos e instalaciones mediante la ejecución oportuna de planes de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, bajo estrictas normas de seguridad

Principales Funciones y Responsabilidades

  • Mantenimiento Preventivo: Ejecutar rutinas programadas de revisión, engrase, limpieza y ajuste de componentes.
  • Mantenimiento Correctivo: Diagnosticar y reparar averías mecánicas, eléctricas, neumáticas o hidráulicas de manera rápida y efectiva. 
  • Detección de Fallas: Utilizar herramientas de diagnóstico (multímetros, instrumentos de medición) para identificar el origen de los problemas. 
  • Registro y Control: Documentar las actividades realizadas, refacciones usadas y tiempos en bitácoras o sistemas de órdenes de trabajo.
  • Seguridad: Cumplir con los protocolos de seguridad industrial, como el bloqueo y etiquetado (Lockout/Tagout) y uso correcto de equipo de protección personal

Requisitos

  • Educación: Bachillerato Técnico, Carrera Técnica (Electromecánica, Mantenimiento Industrial, Mecánica, Electricidad) o TSU.
  • Experiencia: 2 a 5 años en puestos similares dentro del sector industrial o de instalaciones.
  • Conocimientos técnicos:
    • Electricidad básica y de fuerza.
    • Neumática e hidráulica.
    • Lectura e interpretación de planos y diagramas electricos y neumaticos
    • Manejo de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.
  • Competencias: Resolución de problemas, trabajo en equipo, tolerancia a la presión y actitud de servicio
