About the Role

We are actively seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Hybrid VTOL Maintenance Technician to support our ongoing UPS operations. In this critical role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end maintenance of our Hybrid VTOL fleet. By dedicating your expertise to hardware upkeep and reliability, you will directly enable our pilots to focus entirely on flight operations, maximizing our overall operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties (Maintenance Focus):
  • Assume whole and sole responsibility for the end-to-end maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the Hybrid VTOL fleet.
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure the fleet operates at peak performance.
  • Maintain meticulous, up-to-date documentation for all maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements.
  • Strictly adhere to established operational, safety, and maintenance processes.
Secondary Duties (Operational Support):
  • Assist the flight operations team and pilots with daily field activities and deployments as needed.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure equipment is flight-ready without causing operational bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accurate records of spare parts, tools, and consumables inventory to ensure traceability and availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in UAV operations and/or maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience with multirotor or fixed-wing UAVs and associated ground control systems.
  • Strong understanding of UAV electronics, propulsion, and telemetry systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills. Proven hands-on technical abilities, specifically in soldering and crimping.
  • Ability to work independently and outdoors under varying conditions.
  • Proficiency in Telugu to effectively communicate and navigate within the primary operational area (Paderu).
