Maintenance Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform preventative and emergency maintenance on all sewing production machinery and other equipment as necessary
• 
  Repair and maintain all company assets to include commercial equipment (sewing machines, floor scrubbers, forklifts, custom fabricated equipment, basic vehicle maintenance.)
• 
  Test equipment after the repair has been completed.
• 
  Must have the ability to recognize opportunities in current processes, with the potential to improve or create new processes.
• 
  Perform maintenance to building facilities as needed (painting/drywall repair/hanging monitors/plumbing/electrical)
• 
  Maintain preventative maintenance database and logs; labor, parts, vendors, etc.
• 
  Repair, modify, adjust, and calibrate incorrectly functioning sewing machinery in accordance with predetermined standards.
• 
  Assist other mechanics and departments as needed.
• 
  Conduct and keep a clean and safe work space and environment.
• 
  Other duties as assigned.
