Key Responsibilities岗位职责:

1. Assist IT project, budget and portfolio management and tracking / 协助IT项目, 预算和portfolio管理和追踪

2. Support IT system deployment and daily system operation & maintenance etc./ 协助IT系统部署以及日常系统运维支持等

3. Support IT document management / 协助IT文档管理

4. Support IT product management / 协助IT产品管理

5. Provide continuous functional and technical consulting service to business and other IT colleagues / 对业务和 IT 合作伙伴提供相应支持

6. Other assignments from direct supervisor /主管分配的其他工作事项

Required Competencies and Skills岗位要求：

1. 2+ years IT related experience / 2年以上IT相关工作经验

2. Knowledge and application of SDLC / 了解软件开发SDLC流程

3. Experience on the project of IT system implementation / IT系统实施或者支持经验

4. Experience on the Discrete manufacturing or Medical industry and Quality control process are preferred / 具有制造业或者医疗行业经验优先

5. Azure cloud plaform, Mendix low code platform, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI etc.) related experience are preferred / 具备微软云平台，Mendix低代码平台及微软Power平台相关经验优先

6. Prior working experience in a foreign company a plus. / 有外企工作经验者优先

7. Fluent Oral and written English skills / 熟练的的英语口语和书面表达能力

8. Good team player with self-motivation and collaborate pro-actively / 主动积极

9. Capable of fast learning and new environment adapting / 能够快速学习和适应新环境
