The Opportunity We're scaling our internal operations to match our growing market footprint, and we need a sharp, hands-on Management & Technology Consulting Operations Manager to own it. This isn't a support role. You'll be a proactive, hands-on partner to our VP of Operations and our IT Manager, driving V2's internal operations end-to-end. That means owning core business processes and reporting, leading vendor and system renewals and product evaluations, supporting internal audits and annual policy updates, and driving key technology initiatives from penetration testing to agentic workflow development, all with a true consulting mindset. You'll operate across strategy and execution, equally comfortable improving how the business runs day-to-day and configuring a system at a keyboard. You’ll leverage your experience in management and/or technology consulting to help innovate and streamline V2’s consulting operations.
