Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Finance Manager, you will develop and manage the hospital's annual budget, meticulously forecasting revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures to ensure financial stability and growth.

Every day you will work closely with hospital leadership to analyze the financial impact of strategic initiatives, recommend data-driven strategies for growth or cost containment, and produce comprehensive financial reports and analyses.

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong financial management and analytical skills, expertise in healthcare budgeting and forecasting, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information and strategic recommendations to leadership.

• Develop and manage the hospital's annual budget, forecasting revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and make sound financial recommendations.
• Provide financial insights and strategic advice to hospital management, helping to inform decision-making regarding capital investments, expansions, or other major financial initiatives.
• Accurately oversees the collection, analysis, and preparation of data and conducts studies/proformas/reviews in a timely manner for use by senior management, service lines, medical staff, and hospital departments.
• Demonstrates analytical skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making abilities as well as effective communication skills.
• Develops and/or revises processes for efficiency, ensuring the entire system is considered and the impact of one element/variable/department/etc. on another is considered and included in the process.

• Bachelor Degree Finance or Accounting
• Four (4) years of related experience
