YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE
We're looking for a Manager, Global FP&A to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team in Easton, PA. In this high-visibility role, you'll drive financial planning, reporting, and analytical capabilities across Victaulic's global operations, serving as a key partner to regional finance teams on strategic planning and data-driven decision-making. You'll work closely with regional FP&A teams across the US, Canada, Europe, LATAM, and APAC, along with business unit leaders and IT/Finance Systems partners, to standardize and elevate reporting across the enterprise. This is an opportunity to shape FP&A capabilities at a critical inflection point for the company, translating complex data into clear, executive-ready insight while building and leading a growing team.
WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWN
- Support consolidation and analysis of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plan (LRP), partnering with regional FP&A teams to align assumptions and timelines
- Build and maintain financial models that support business scenarios and strategic initiatives
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial commentary, variance analysis, and performance summaries for leadership
- Translate financial results into clear, visually compelling narratives that highlight key drivers and trends
- Conduct ad hoc analyses on revenue trends, margin dynamics, pricing, and market performance
- Support standardization and automation of FP&A processes, templates, and reporting tools across regions, partnering with IT and Finance Systems on BI/analytics and planning tool enhancements
- Coordinate recurring planning and reporting cycles with regional finance teams across the US, Canada, Europe, LATAM, and APAC, building effective relationships with business unit leaders and functional partners
- Directly manage one FP&A analyst — providing day-to-day guidance, prioritization support, and regular feedback, and modeling Victaulic's values as a mentor to the broader FP&A team
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting, including at least 2 years in a global or multi-regional environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong data visualization and presentation design skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion)
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high standard for accuracy and clarity
- Demonstrated ability to guide, influence, or mentor others in a professional setting; formal management experience is not required, and onboarding support is provided to step into a direct supervisory role
WHAT SETS YOU APART
- MBA, CPA, or CFA designation
- Experience in industrial manufacturing, building products, or engineered systems
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
- Exposure to currency management, transfer pricing, or international financial reporting
- Experience supporting board-level reporting or investor relations
