The role will be at the forefront of identifying and addressing critical challenges that impact the employee experience, implementing innovative policy and process solutions. The role will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our eNPS and Talent Density charters. This role demands a user-centric mindset, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver impactful results.
