The HR Manager will build strong, trust‑based partnerships across the organization, including employees, managers, and the Senior Leadership Team — to design, implement, and deliver HR services, policies, and program’s that support a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing workplace. This includes championing employee engagement, supporting talent development, leading workforce planning, and ensuring our people practices reflect Logic’s values and mission.
Key Objectives
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Develop and design an HR strategy plan which outlines the long-terms goals and focus for the Department and business; delivering or developing core HR programmes in line with the overall business objectives and in compliance with Caymanian Law
- Manage the day-to-day HR functions - including Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Immigration, Performance Management and Health & Safety
- Manage the complete cycle of the recruitment and selection process to ensure quality candidates are selected to meet the business needs
- Develop and manage a comprehensive training program for staff inclusive of succession planning for future business needs
- Provide strong, consistent and effective HR solutions, advice and guidance to internal staff at all levels
- Own the key HR Operational requirements such as the disciplinary process, salary recommendations, promotions and terminations
- Oversee all HR administration including Payroll, Health Insurance, Pension and Immigration recommendation – including effectively managing and providing insight to the Business staffing plan
- Leverage existing skills and develop the HR resources within the department to increase individual growth and foster increased human capital for the business
- Foster a culture of engagement amongst employees through customer centric initiatives, employee development, innovation and community involvement.

Qualifications, knowledge & experience:
- Have a Masters or Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or related experience
- Must be a HR professional with a minimum of (5) years HR Management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Immigration, Labour, Pension and Health Laws and all other HR related policies
- Proven experience with policy and initiative implantation to increase employee engagement
- Ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to determine solutions for employees and the business operations, aligning best practice and operational efficiency
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
