Manager of Service & Delivery
Reports to: Head of Advertising Technology & Infrastructure
Direct Reports: Digital Ad Strategists, Project Managers

As our Manager of Service & Delivery, you are the heart of sMedia’s daily operations. You’ll lead our execution teams, including Ad Ops, Design, and Pod Coordinators, to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. Your goal is to ensure every campaign is launched perfectly and complies with OEM or dealership standards. By following the strategic blueprints from our AdTech team, you’ll help our automotive clients succeed through top-tier service and quick turnarounds, while fostering a high-performing, motivated team.

Navigating OEM & Co-op
Compliance Pro: Take charge of co-op reporting so all ads meet OEM rules, making it easy for clients to get their reimbursements.
Direct Connection: Be the go-to person for any administrative or compliance questions related to OEM programs.
Growing Our People
Mentorship: Coach and develop our ad strategists and coordinators, helping them build great habits and expert skills.
Ownership: Help the team take pride in their work by staying accountable for quick responses, great scores, and accurate budgets.

Key Responsibilities
Team Delivery Management:
Supervise day-to-day operations for digital ad strategists to ensure all client campaigns are set up, trafficked, and optimized flawlessly on time.
Manage balanced workload distributions across multi-disciplinary pods, adjusting assignments dynamically based on individual capacity.


OEM & Co-op Execution:
Standardize and streamline the collection, verification, and distribution of co-op reporting data to help automotive dealerships easily secure reimbursements.
Efficiently triage and resolve all inbound OEM program administrative requests and compliance adjustments.


Internal Alignment:
Coordinate directly with the Technical Support, Reporting & Measurement Lead to ensure complex tracking issues are resolved and that the team has proper documentation for common errors.
Hand off actionable execution metrics to the Head of Advertising Strategy & AdTech Systems to assist in refining future automated blueprints.


Required Skills

Ad Savvy: You’re familiar with Google and Meta Ads, enough to know what "good" looks like and how to improve it.

Car Industry Insight: You understand the unique, fast-paced world of car dealerships and the challenges they face.


Background and Experience
At least 2 years in a leadership or senior role within digital ad operations.
Experience managing team workflows and keeping projects on track.
A history of making teams faster and more accurate.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with automotive ads or OEM compliance before!
