Role Overview: You will lead People Operations globally at Ampd, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership while keeping the business running with clarity and consistency from a people perspective. You'll own the full employee lifecycle — from recruiting and onboarding through performance management, compliance, and offboarding — managing the experience, systems, and processes that enable a high-performing, globally distributed team. While this role may include up to two direct reports (focused on global payroll and benefits, and Hong Kong employee experience), this role will have end-to-end ownership of the function and execute and manage the vast majority of this scope independently. External partners such as recruiters, legal counsel, and contractors will supplement internal capacity as needed. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment. You'll bring structure where it's missing, drive alignment across people systems, and ensure consistent follow-through across key people processes and decisions.
