Join Aprio's Audit team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities.  Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Manager, Securitization and Structured Products Services to join their dynamic team. Aprio’s Structured Products Group is a specialized team of capital markets and accounting professionals that provide assurance and advisory services for a critical element of structured finance bond issuance. The team delivers Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) and other reports, principally for new-issue asset backed securities and securitizations. The team works with a national network of lenders, investment banks, and asset managers. The Structured Products ABS modeler is responsible for the independent modeling of each AUP engagement: recreating asset and bond (liability) cash flows using modeling assumptions and the payment waterfall from the offering documents and legal agreements and helping to identify and explain any discrepancies. You will work closely with Aprio’s principals, partners, managing directors, and the broader Structured Products team to network, educate, and collaborate on deal execution. The ideal candidate has deep experience in ABS modeling within a structured products team at a nationally recognized accounting firm.
