Job Description

• Drive business development by identifying and acquiring new clients across the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, key accounts, travel partners, and private bus operators to expand AbhiBus's market presence.
• Own the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to onboarding and account management.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiate pricing, contractual terms, and close strategic business opportunities.
• Own the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to onboarding and account management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation, service delivery, and post-sales support for clients.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients, identify opportunities for business expansion, and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities and formulate sales strategies.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, pipeline updates, and performance reviews for management.
• Represent AbhiBus at industry events, conferences, client meetings, and networking forums to strengthen the company's brand presence and generate business opportunities.
• Drive the achievement of assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Mentor and guide team members, where applicable, while fostering a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual commitments, and operational processes.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time based on business requirements.

Qualifications

6-12 Years of Work experience in Sales/Business development.
