Position Overview:
The Director of Partnerships & Operations will lead SiGMA Foundation’s operational and external engagement initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of projects, effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and consistent communication of the Foundation’s mission. This role is responsible for planning and delivering fundraising events, managing partnerships, and supporting the Chief Philanthropy Officer in strategic and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnerships & Collaboration

• Manage and strengthen collaborations between gaming companies and SiGMA Foundation projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner organizations and stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand the Foundation’s reach and impact.
• Ensure all partnerships align with the Foundation’s mission, values, and compliance standards.

Operations & Coordination

• Work closely with all SiGMA departments to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment.
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of Foundation programs and projects.
• Implement operational processes and best practices to ensure efficiency and accountability.
• Maintain reporting and documentation on projects, partnerships, and operational metrics.

Representation & Advocacy

• Represent the Foundation at internal and external events, conferences, and meetings.
• Effectively communicate the Foundation’s mission, vision, and impact to diverse audiences.
• Act as an ambassador for the Foundation in all stakeholder interactions.

Fundraising & Events

• Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising initiatives, both during SiGMA summits and independently.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality events.
• Develop strategies to increase fundraising performance and donor engagement.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Support and mentor operational staff within Foundation initiatives, as needed.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, including marketing, events, and communications, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to external stakeholders involved in Foundation projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, or related field. A master’s degree is considered an asset.
• Proven experience in operations, partnership management, or program management, ideally in nonprofit, philanthropic, or CSR initiatives.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Experience planning and executing fundraising events, ideally at an international scale.
• Comfortable representing the organization publicly and traveling as needed.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in the gaming or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to measure program impact.
