Job Description
Jackson, TN manufacturer needs a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in CNC programming.
- You will ensure that production processes meet customer and company requirements.
- Develop fixtures, tooling, and systems to manufacture parts and assemblies
- Drive quality and reliability improvements, while ensuring employee safety and lowering costs
- Use Solid Cam and Mastercam software to develop CNC programs
- Develop statistics and analyses for root cause solutions to technical problems.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering. Will consider an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Must have experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks.
- Must be knowledgeable about G-Code
- Demonstrated expertise with Mastercam and/or Solid Cam CNC software.
- Must have in-depth machine shop experience.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban and 5S.
