We help keep your fleet in top condition with our world class Support Department, who are always ready to help and be a resource by providing training on our equipment.   As a Manufacturing Engineer working on the New Production Introduction (NPI) vertical, you will be responsible for transitioning new products and accessories from the R&D phase through final development, production readiness, and handoff to Operations. You will work closely with R&D, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technicians, Document Control, Quality, Supply Chain, Process Engineering, and Operations to ensure products are manufacturable, properly documented, validated, and ready for repeatable production. Your primary goal will be to bridge product development and manufacturing by creating the Engineering Procedures and technical requirements that Process Engineering will use to develop and align production processes and work instructions for ANA's current and future product lines supporting the equipment rental industry. The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays at 7:00 – 4:00pm.  There is 25% travel requirement to other factory locations throughout the country. This role reports to the Director of Engineering.
