What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Send follow-up emails and marketing communications.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Team.
- Maintain accurate notes and update customer information.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner.
- Build rapport quickly and professionally.
- Help support marketing campaigns and other administrative projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Able to handle rejection professionally without becoming discouraged.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Organized with good attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (email, internet, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Previous customer service, sales, or appointment-setting experience is a plus, but not required.
