Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and help strengthen the organization’s overall brand presence.

In this role, you will assist with marketing campaigns, promotional materials, market research, communications, and day-to-day coordination of marketing activities. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, comfortable working on multiple projects, and interested in developing a long-term career in marketing.

This position offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure to marketing operations while working closely with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and company communications.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help maintain consistency across marketing materials and brand communications.
• Coordinate marketing projects, schedules, documentation, and internal requests.
• Assist with campaign performance tracking and preparation of marketing reports.
• Collaborate with different departments to support company initiatives and business objectives.
• Maintain organized marketing files, resources, and project information.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team.
• Contribute creative ideas for improving campaigns, messaging, and customer engagement.
