Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, expos, and industry events, liaising with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth execution
- Create photo and video advertising content in line with internal and supplier brand guidelines
- Track and report on marketing expenses, ensuring activities stay within budget
- Liaise with suppliers to access and manage co-op marketing programs and funding
- Collaborate with internal departments to plan and execute promotional campaigns for products and services
- Maintain consistent brand presentation across digital, print, and in-person marketing materials
- Manage and grow the company's online presence, including content calendars, scheduling, and engagement
- Coordinate the design and production of print materials such as brochures, banners, and signage for branches and events
- Assist in planning and executing product launch campaigns for new equipment models
- Monitor competitor marketing activity and industry trends to inform promotional strategy
- Maintain relationships with local media and advertising vendors for placements and sponsorships
- Manage the company website's content updates as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or degree in Marketing
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or coordination role (heavy equipment, automotive or industrial sector experience would be an asset)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
