THE ROLE

The Marketing Coordinator supports theĀ ChairmanĀ in executing brand-building and growth initiatives across Interdependence and its portfolio ofĀ companies.Ā 

This roleĀ is responsible forĀ translating marketing strategy into execution. The coordinator will manage projects, coordinateĀ withĀ external partners, and deploy AI-enabled systems that accelerate marketing operations.Ā 

Working directly with theĀ Chairman, this role will help execute a portfolio of 15–20 active marketing initiatives spanning brand partnerships, digital growth strategies, and strategic marketing experiments. Many initiatives willĀ leverageĀ agentic AI workflows and automation systems that the coordinator will help deploy, manage, andĀ optimize.Ā

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESĀ 

  • Execute marketing strategies and initiatives developed by theĀ ChairmanĀ across Interdependence and its portfolio of brandsĀ 
  • Support the execution of 15–20 concurrent marketing initiatives spanning brand development, partnerships, digital growth strategies, and marketing experimentsĀ 
  • Manage project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure initiativesĀ maintainĀ consistent forward momentumĀ 
  • Deploy and manage AI-enabled marketing workflows using tools such as Claude Code and agentic automation systemsĀ 
  • Build andĀ optimizeĀ AI-driven processes for research, content generation, campaign support, and marketing operationsĀ 
  • Coordinate with external partners managing paid search, SEO, generative engine optimization, outbound campaigns, and other marketing channelsĀ 
  • MonitorĀ partner performance, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with marketing strategy and expectationsĀ 
  • Research emerging marketing strategies, AI tools, andĀ new technologiesĀ that can improve marketing effectiveness and efficiencyĀ 
  • Track performance metrics across initiatives andĀ provideĀ concise insights and recommendationsĀ 
  • Support rapid experimentation and execution ofĀ new marketingĀ strategies and initiativesĀ

QUALIFICATIONSĀ 

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, startups, growth roles, or entrepreneurial environments.Ā 
  • Strong familiarity with AI tools and workflows, including experience with Claude Code.
  • Experience using automation tools or AI agents to streamline workflows.Ā 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Ā 
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Ā 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ā 
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership.Ā 
  • Curious, resourceful, and motivated to experiment withĀ new technologiesĀ and ideas.Ā
