Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop marketing materials for digital channels: landing pages, email campaigns, ad creatives, banners, social media content, and other promotional materials in accordance with the company’s brand guidelines.
  • Create design solutions for web products and growth initiatives that improve user experience, engagement, and conversion.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials while proposing new creative approaches and visual concepts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, development, product, and analytics teams to create design solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Analyze user journeys, identify conversion drop-off points, and propose design improvements to address them.
  • Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests for landing pages, web pages, creatives, and other marketing materials to increase conversion rates.
  • Use AI tools to generate ideas, accelerate design work, create content, and boost personal productivity.
  • Participate in the development of key marketing initiatives: from conversion-focused landing pages to branded storytelling.
  • Ensure high-quality task execution and adherence to deadlines.


Required experience:


  • Experience in Marketing / Web / Graphic Design: 2+ years (mid-level). Hands-on experience creating marketing materials for digital products or product companies.
  • Visual Design. A strong sense of composition, typography, color, graphic design, and modern UI/Web design principles.
  • Growth Design and CRO. Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, user journey mapping, and business-result-oriented design.
  • A/B Testing and Analytics. Understanding of how to conduct A/B tests, interpret results, and use the insights gained to improve design.
  • AI Literacy. Proficiency with artificial intelligence tools (2 or more) for generating concepts, creating content, conducting research, and optimizing design processes.
  • Design tools. Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Knowledge of After Effects or video editing tools is a plus.
  • Communication and Collaboration. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, justify your decisions, and handle feedback constructively.
  • Organization. High level of self-organization, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • English. Intermediate (B1) level or higher.
  • Portfolio. An up-to-date portfolio with examples of marketing, web, or product design solutions.
