About the Role

SIONIQ is looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support the company's marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, promoting products and services, generating quality leads, coordinating events, and supporting business growth through effective communication and marketing activities.
Working closely with the Sales, Product, and Leadership teams, you will help strengthen SIONIQ's market presence, engage prospective customers, and contribute to the company's overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
  • Coordinate product launches, feature announcements, company updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and lead generation.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

Content & Brand Promotion

  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Design teams to develop and distribute promotional content.
  • Promote company products, services, events, and achievements across multiple communication channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Support social media marketing initiatives and content distribution.

Lead Generation & Marketing Support

  • Support lead generation initiatives through digital campaigns, exhibitions, webinars, and marketing events.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely sharing of qualified leads.
  • Assist in nurturing marketing-generated leads through planned communication campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign outcomes and contribute ideas to improve lead quality and conversions.

Events & Exhibition Management

  • Represent SIONIQ at exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Engage with visitors, introduce company solutions, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate pre-event and post-event marketing activities.
  • Be willing to travel domestically for exhibitions, marketing events, and client visits as required.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Share insights that support marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities for brand visibility and business growth.

Marketing Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Coordinate promotional activities across departments.
  • Support the planning and execution of branding and awareness initiatives.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on marketing activities and campaign performance.
  • Monitor key marketing metrics and prepare actionable insights.
  • Maintain marketing databases and campaign records accurately.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience in executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with Email Marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns is preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Regional language proficiency is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel domestically for exhibitions, events, and marketing activities.
