Job Description

- Plan, promote, and execute 1-2 high-impact events per semester, such as AI-powered mixers or educational workshops on relationship wellness.
- Drive platform sign-ups through personalized referral codes and creative "growth hacking" tactics tailored to your specific campus culture.
- Partner with ambassadors from other universities to launch large-scale regional marketing campaigns and digital initiatives.
- Act as a visible brand representative, fostering a positive and empowered dating culture while providing on-campus support for app-related queries.
- Gather and synthesize student feedback and local market trends to help the product team refine features for the Hong Kong demographic.
- Track and report monthly metrics, including app download rates, event attendance, and engagement levels, directly to the leadership team.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a university in Hong Kong.
