Job Description
- Working closely with the global Marketing Director and support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and content across channels
- Help create materials (social media, presentations, internal comms) using AI-powered tools
- Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and reporting
- Collaborate on internal projects related to tech and AI adoption in marketing
- Contribute fresh ideas and help bring a critical, curious perspective to ongoing initiative
Qualifications
- Recently graduated (bachelor's or master's) in communication, marketing or management
- Enthusiastic and genuinely interested in learning more about tech and AI
- Comfortable using (or eager to learn) AI tools to support daily work
- Proficiency with Canva and social media platforms/tools (scheduling and content creation)
- Strong critical thinking — able to question, evaluate, and improve on ideas rather than just execute
- Good communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
