The combined Reception and Inventory Clerk position is really the Manager of First Impressions at our dealership. We're looking for a positive, outgoing, organized person to join our award winning team. and team
Job Duties
Reception:
- Greet visitors, clients and vendors professionally and direct them to the right people and areas.
- Answer, Screen, and route incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
- Perform basic general office duties like data entry, filling, and scheduling.
Inventory Clerk:
- Receive new and pre-owned inventory into the dealership and enter into the DMS.
- Book into service, detail, or subtrade as required
- Update website with accessories, pricing, or and items needed to maintain accuracy for clients.
- Monthly inventory and plate audits
- Perform other tasks as required and related to the position
Requirements
- Skills: Strong phone etiquette, proficiency in Microsoft office software, and basic graphic (photo shop),
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of clerical or customer-facing work.
- Education: High school diploma; business or marketing courses are an asset
- Valid Saskatchewan Drivers License
