Drive customer lifecycle campaigns to increase engagement, retention, and revenue. Develop cross-sell, upsell, and loyalty initiatives, leverage customer insights and analytics to identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized marketing campaigns. Monitor performance, optimize results, and support AI-driven marketing strategies such as Next Best Offer (NBO) and Next Best Action (NBA).Job Description
1.Design and manage customer-level campaigns across the customer lifecycle
2. Develop cross-sell, upsell, retention, and loyalty campaigns to grow multi product customers.
3.Analyze customer insights, segmentation, and propensity models to identify growth opportunities
4.Collaborate with Product, CRM, Data Analytics, and Digital teams to deliver personalized campaigns
5. Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve business outcomes
6. Support the implementation of AI-driven marketing, Next Best Offer (NBO), and Next Best Action (NBA).
