About the Role:

We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Marketing Trainee who is eager to gain hands-on exposure to real-world digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who understands the fundamentals of marketing and wants to learn how brand visibility, lead generation, and performance-driven campaigns work across multiple channels including content, SEO, email, social media, and analytics.

Candidate will work closely with senior marketing specialists, SEO experts, and content teams to support campaign execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital & Content Marketing -

  • Understand core digital marketing concepts including content marketing, SEO basics, social media, email marketing, and user intent.
  • Assist in optimizing website content, blogs, landing pages, and service pages for engagement and conversions.
  • Support content structuring, messaging alignment, and CTA optimization
  • Collaborate with writers and designers to ensure marketing consistency.

SEO & Organic Growth (Foundational) -

  • Support basic keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping
  • Assist with on-page optimization such as meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking
  • Monitor organic traffic trends and content performance

Campaign & Performance Marketing Support -

  • Assist in executing and tracking marketing campaigns across channels (email, social, organic, paid support)
  • Support A/B testing, landing page optimization, and campaign reporting
  • Help track leads, conversions, and engagement metrics

Analytics & Marketing Operations -

  • Assist in basic website audits and performance checks (traffic trends, user behavior, conversion paths)
  • Help analyze page performance, Core Web Vitals (introductory level), and mobile usability
  • Support dashboard creation and marketing reports

Brand, Outreach & Market Research -

  • Assist with competitor research, market trends, and audience insights
  • Monitor brand mentions, backlinks, and digital presence
  • Support outreach initiatives, partnerships, and promotional activities

Required Skills & Qualifications -

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (content, SEO, email, social media)
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve research, content creation, and productivity
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
